EMPLOYMENT

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media.

• Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers.

• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, and press releases.

• Help with the web site content management.

• Design market research questionnaires.

• Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to attract venture capital.

• Respond to enquiries from members of the business community and general public concerning development opportunities.

Education Requirements:

• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism.
• Certification as a Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) is an asset.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Familiarity with the agriculture field is an asset.

Responsibilities: 

• Write, modify, integrate and test software code for web application.

• Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required.

• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions.

• Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.

• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

• Ensure data storage is safe and secure.

Education Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component.
• Professional certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in several programming languages.
